Access at Police Federation Building, Green Lane

We are pleased to inform you that our building at Malvern House, Green Lane is now open. It's important that we inform members that things have changed slightly at Green Lane. All visitors to the building will be subject to a temperature check as they walk through the door by the temperature monitoring camera system. If any visitor has an abnormally high temperature, then a further check will be completed using a handheld device and if the temperature remains high then the visitor will be asked to leave the building. It is requested that all visitors also have a face mask with them when visiting the building and there is hand sanitiser for use within the public areas of the building. In addition, we have anti Covid and social distancing policies in place and would ask any visitor to respect this.

In order to effectively manage the number of people within the building, there is an appointment only system in place, appointments can be made by contacting Reception on 259 - 2535 or by email If members are on duty and they need to attend at Malvern House as a matter of urgency, they are requested to telephone Reception on 259 - 2535 prior to attending to ensure there is availability for them to be seen. Parking is available at the front of the building for visitors. The North West Police Benevolent Fund have visited Malvern House and both counselling and physiotherapy have reconvened, and appointments will be arranged by NWPBF direct with members.

Member Service surgeries will be resuming shortly and these will be advertised as usual to members via email and on the website In the meantime, members are advised to contact the member service that they require directly for any advice needed.

We would like to thank members for their patience and understanding whilst Malvern House has been closed to visitors.

Look after yourselves and stay safe
