Bookings for 2026 are open. Please do not call the office to book.

- Please note we have a strict no pet no smoking policy in all of the holiday lets.
- The member must be the lead party guest and in attendance during the stay, unfortunately the cottages cannot be booked for other people outside the organisation.
To Book either Cottage – you must be a serving/retired member, staff or support member of Merseyside Police to book for dates in 2026 from 9th September 10am. Other constabulary serving/retired members, staff or support member can book from January 2026. Just email [email protected], unfortunately we will not be taking bookings over the phone.
To Book the Lodge – you must be a member of Malvern House Group Insurance Trust to book Malvern House Lodge. Bookings for the Lodge can be made directly on the website https://www.merpolfedhols.org/malvern-lodge-nr-skipton from 9th September 2025, 10am. Checks will be made once enquires are received to ensure membership, please read the full terms and conditions before you book. Your booking will be cancelled if you are not eligible to stay, and deposit less admin fee will be returned.
