Online Pension Questionnaire
Further to the announcement on 15 May 2020 that the Police Federation of England & Wales intends to launch a Group Action against the Government on behalf of police officers who were victims of discrimination and suffered 'injury to feelings', as a result of changes to pensions caused by the introduction of a new scheme in 2015.
All e mails were sent to members yesterday. They would have shown up as "From: Alex Duncan" and the Subject: 'PFEW Police Pension Scheme Group Action - Online Application Questionnaire'
If you wish to be included in the Group Action, you must complete the online Application Questionnaire.

Claimants must also not have previously lodged a legal claim as a result of discrimination in relation to transitional pension arrangements. Eligibility will be subject to further verification by PFEW and/or
